Inside are three multi-colored record-sized plastic disks with screenprint style images art by Robert Rauschenberg. The three disks can be spun in their casing, so multiple images can be created by turning each disk in relation to the others.  This promotional edition was briefly available in 1983, before being replaced by a more conventional cardboard cover sans interactive collage.
