This amazing scene is depicted on a obscure background held in delightfull earthly and green tones making a beautiful contrast to the stunning light from the fair boddies of the cute little boys centered in the painting. This fine Italian Master executed n a beautiful manner bears a golden plate with the inscription "Italian Artist, 1600/1700" in Danish lower center of the frame.  Fine Providence: From the Fine Manor"Lundegaard" of Funen, built in 1636 by Ellen Marsvin (1572-1649), a very respected business women that was the greatest land owner of Funen at the time, and the mother of Kirsten Munk who married the famous Danish King Christian the 4th to his left hand.  This frame looks like the original, and it is 2-3/4 inches wide.  With the frame the painting is approcimately 33-1/4 inches wide by 40-1/4 inches high.                    This is something that most people will only see in a museum.
