They measure 11" tall x 10" wide, and 15" x 13.5" in the frames. They are very well executed. The woman appears to not have been finished. She has a slight water stain to the right of her head. They are most likely European (French), but could be American. They are guaranteed to be as described. IMPORTANT NOTES:      SHIPPING: Because of the increased cost of shipping USPS over distance, the price of shipping this item West of the Mississippi or South of Georgia will be $20.00.
