In 1948 he immigrated to Israel. During the years 1961-63 he stayed in Paris and studied lithography at the ecole des beaux-arts. He is considered one of the leading printmakers in Israel. His favorite printing technique is aquatint. Beeri has a meticulous care for detail while creating and destructing, exploding and merging luminous compositions of geometrical shapes in a personal language of form and color. Beeri had exhibitions in the US, Canada, South America, Australia, Germany, France and Israel.
