Four of these prints were made by the artist as holiday greeting cards. The fifth print, titled Mexican Village, appears to have been mounted for exhibition. The artist was a student at the California College of Arts/Crafts and was know for paintings of floral landscapes, wildflowers and Spanish missions. The mounted print is missing a corner of the mount and shows some edge wear on the right side of the print.
