They are in original ,untouched overall condition ,but for a layer of easily strippable Black Paint. They have all the Frills ,and purity you could ever want on a pair of these rare Folk Art masterpieces !!! They have NO repairs of any kind ,and are guaranteed to be old and as described. They are most likely from the Elizabethtown, Pa. area. If you don't use them as hinges ,they look great displayed ,or as candle holders. They measure 17" high x 6 1/2" wide.
