Measures 21.5" square in the frame. The frame is wood and glassed. The thread just shimmers with color and sheen, absolutely beautiful. There are no markings on it, so artist and age are unknown. The back is sealed. Weighs almost 6 lbs. unpacked, so if someone prefers to have it without the frame & glass it is fine with me...but the frame is very nice!
