Reading on face Ed 65, the wood block print is signed by the artist in pencil.   Print size is 8" by 10" on approx. 10.5" by 12.5" paper About James D. Havens, 20th century American artist: Printmaker Painter Birthplace, New York 1900 Year of death, 1960 He was one of the founding members of the Print Club of Rochester which is still an active organization.  Havens designed the clubs' logo.   There is interesting history to be found on this artists' wood cuts.   Fortunate to own this peaceful wood block, the barrow and fall colors gave me an overall feeing of the rest which follows the work of the day in the fall months here in NE Ohio.  Indeed I fell in love with the graphics of this print-enjoy the photos! The print is in excellent condition. It is in the same protection as when I purchased it.  I have not framed this print. The print is loose - never drymounted.  Please understand that  some of the pictures look darker than the print is and that the colors may not render perfectly  on the auction photos.
