This is the final listing for this item – thanks to everyone for your custom.  In two weeks I wing my way back to Egypt where I’m living these days.  Anything that remains unsold on ebay will be headed to the charity shop or long-term storage.  So, sorry folks, definitely no second chances or re-lists for this item. MALONEY Born, Sydney, 1942 Painter, sketcher and printmaker BALMAIN BOB'S CHEAP THRILLS - DARLING ST., BALMAIN (title - lower left of image signed - lower right - see images) Fascinating artwork in light brown lacquered wooden frame with blue mat Condition of the pastel drawing is excellent Framed work is 40.5 cm by 52.5 cm by 3 cm Image is 27 cm x 40 cm There are small scratches on the frame, wear and tear resulting in chips and marks, similar to the two in the images Brian R. Maloney is listed in the following biographical reference: Germaine, Max.  Artists and galleries of Australia, Volumes 1 & 2, 3rd edition.  Sydney:  Craftsman Press, 1990. p 447 The highest auction price for Brian Maloney (all media) is $495.00 for Imperial Queen, oil on canvas, signed Brian R.
