There is an old repair to her left arm that is barely noticable.  The heigth is 9 3/8" and the base is about 4".   I have owned this carving for years and always believed it might be a piece of sailor  or nautical  folk art but that is just a hunch.   Shipping with insurance is free but California sales tax is applicable.  Place a Bid!
