The glass pieces he made with the Irish blowers were hung at Lismore Castle and also hung over Venice. This represents the first time that an outside artist was allowed into Ireland’s famous Waterford Crystal factory. This work was acquired by the present owner directly from Waterford, Ireland. This painting is accompanied by a copy of a letter from Dale Chihuly on Chihuly Studio letterhead to the glass blowers at Waterford Crystal factory. This painting is also accompanied by a copy of a letter to Dale Chihuly from Shamie Power, a member of the Waterford Crystal factory team. CONDITIONIn great condition with the exception of the following:There is a photo below showing about a 1" repair made to the paper  that is bearly noticeable.
