This is a particularly beautiful nocturne of what experts are guessing the location to be an old Spanish ranch that became known as "Jack's Ranch," inland from the Monterey area of California.This is a highly collectible painting by one of the early California masters.The painting has never been in circulation and is a rare and unique with a value at auction to be upwards of $60,000. and above.PLEASE NOTE:1.
