The artists signature and circa date show clearly in the lower left hand corner as shown in the third picture. Total picture size including frame is 20 1/2" x 26 1/2".  I will list it in Good+ condition as it has no holes, rips, or tears, I am unsure if the picture is faded or was painted that way.  I am happy with the first picture as it shows to its' best advantage.  This print will be sold "as is" but I will allow a 7 day return policy if you find you are unhappy.  Paypal is the method of payment I prefer and payment is due within 7 days after the end of auction.  Thank you for looking.  Happy Hunting!
