Description
Magnificent Gelatin Silver Print by the master photographer Eikoh Hosoe. Title is Man & Woman #16 1960. This image was printed later (unknown) by the photographer and is Signed, Titled and Dated by the artist on the verso (windowed). This is one of the very finest images printed by Eikoh Hose for his Series of the same title from the original negative. The image size is HUGE 17 3/4" x 18 3/8". Paper size is 21" x 22". It is beautifully framed (cost me $650) in a ROMA Pewter limited edition frame, with 6.0 inch silk archival matting; framed size is 33.5" x 33.5", and the full signature is large on the verso (windowed). You will not find a better condition, more detailed print in a better presented frame, guaranteed. My pictures do not do the work justice, the reflected light on the UV Museum glass as pictured is due to my bad picture not on the actual print. The print is in pristine condition and I can provide additional higher resolution photos if need be. Pictures are of the actual piece not some stock image.I am selling various pieces from my collection in order to make room for newly purchased works. This wonderful masterpiece has been in my collection for several years, and has materially grown in value. Current gallery price, if you can find one, is $9,000.00 unframed.
