Fraktur is in German with fancy penmanship. The condition is very, very good with some very minor roughness on 2 edges. There is also a tear, about 4 inches in length running down the top middle. The fraktur has been attached to a foam backer board making this less noticable.  All flaws should be invisible under glass once framed.
