This was originally purchased from Park West Galleries in Detroit and comes with Certificate of Authenticity. The signed etching is in mint condition and measure 9" X 9".  The frame shows its age and measures 12.25" X 21.25."  The glass and matting are in good condition.  The etching could be sent with or without the frame.  There will be a discount in shipping to ship without the frame.
