I was commissioned to create 18 large abstract oil paintings for a large hotel in La Jolla, California. I built an oversized spin art machine to do the job.     After a few test runs, I started on the project. It was my first paying job as an artist. After I applied the colors to the canvas, it started to spin. Faster and faster! Then I cut the power and let it slow down. Even before it quit spinning, I could see something that just was seemed not possible. It was a face of a human being in the center! Very clear and distinct. Gave me quick case of goose bumps on top of goose bumps!! I was so startled, I backed out of the room and shut the door.     The next morning, I went back in thinking it would not be there, but there it was as big a life! I reconized the likeness rite away. Everyone I showed it to agreed with me. It looks just like the commonly excepted image of Jesus himself!     Most viewers cannot see it at all upon first glance. Buy once it is pointed out, it really jumps out at you! Watches you move back and forth. Most amazingly is now that you see it, you can't understand why it was invisable until pointed out.     It was accepted in the Del Mar Fair and later was on display in the San Diego Federal Building downtown. A local TV production company did a 30 min. documentary on it.  I have it on DVD for serious collectors only.     The painting has a custom shipping crate already made. Painting is protected by a metal frame with acrylic instead of glass. I will pay shipping to any address in the 48 states.
