Description
Three Framed Indian Prints. These are reproductions of original artwork by Thomas McKenney and James Hall. Published in New York. Styled for Porter's of Racine by W. King Ambler Old Prints and Maps, Registered No. 1605-166, titled McKenney and Hall Indians from The Indian Tribes of North America. We have Wapella, Chief of The Musquakees; Petalesharoo, A Pawnee Brave; and Eshtahhumleah, or the Sleepy Eye, A Sioux Chief. The frames are wooded, some wear and tear due to age. Backs are in very good condition except for small rip spots here and there. Original registration still attached to back. Original prints are worth $2,200 - $2,500 apiece. These reproductions are OLD and in excellent condition, having been protected by frame glass. These works have been appraised at around $400 apiece w/frame. Will only sell as set of three. Shipping not included in starting bid request, will ship insured UPS 1-3 days. Please be sure to consider cost of shipping in your bid. Prints/frames sold as is, these are not the original prints, the frames are not in mint condition, but are in very good condition, no returns will be accepted. These prints would make an excellent addition to any indian themed decor.
