So, I feel pretty confident calling it original. I have 2 of these and one has a Very Old Paper Tag that reads: Gustave Giordano was born in Naples, moved to Venice when he was 15 and Studied Art with painters in the area in which he lived. He completed the equivalent of a High School Education and made painting his lifetime education. He was married in 1947 and has 4 Children. The Painting and the Other one we have like it are absolutely stunning to view. You definately get the feel of Old Italy while you enjoy a tremendous array of color and color mixtures.
