Description THE RIDER an original British graphite drawing Circa 1800's by listed British Artist John Landseer (1769 - 1852).  In excellent condition, there is some very minor time staining - mounted on a support sheet. On medium weight off white colored paper. With a sheet size of 8 1/2 x 6 1/2. Landseer is a distinguished highly listed British Artist. His work is in many European Museums. He is know as the father of British Engraving as well as the father of several artist. Landseer begin exhibiting in the Royal Academy in London in 1806 and exhibited at the Royal Academy many times, becoming an associate. This work will frame beautifully and is a very rare vintage 1800's English drawing. I purchased this fine original British Drawing from a British Auction House.
