The painting measures 24x24 inches. The painting is in excellent overall condition with no losses of paint, no inpainting and no damage what so ever. The painting is done with the same drip technique as Jackson Pollock. The painting was examined by an authority on the artist, Paul Birro. His examination, while not complete, confirmed that the painting was of the period, was done on the same type of canvas, and was done with paint consistent with that of Jackson Pollocks paintings. He also confirmed that there were pollutants in the paint and fingerprints found on the canvas again consistent with those found on other Pollock paintings, examined in the Tate Gallery in London.
