Our comic books are discounted on a spin-down schedule that starts at 15% in the month of initial release and ends up at 45% one year later. When we receive our shipment we sort them by condition from best to worst so the early orders will receive better copies. We occasionally will have some books that end up closer to VF due to shipping issues from Diamond and those are always shipped last. We bag and board all new comics. We ship our comics in hard ceramic photo mailers or sturdy card board boxes. All of our other collectibles are new and in the original factory packaging. If we are offering a limited edition item and you would like to know the number of the items we have in stock please send us a question and we'll be glad to send you the number. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your order from the date you make payment for domestic orders. If you choose Media Mail or Parcel Post please allow 14 days as these forms of mail are slower. Only comics, hard covers and trade paperbacks may be shipped Media Mail. All other merchandise is not eligible to be shipped by Media Mail. International orders may take up to 45 days to arrive. This is because of customs in the USA and other countries. If a package is quarantined by customs, they may hold it for up to 30 days. We will not under report the value of an item on the customs forms. This is a felony in the USA. The reported value is also what the USPS uses to establish insurance coverage value. We provide delivery confirmation free of charge on all shipments. If your order hasn t arrived please contact us and we ll glad to send you the tracking number from the USPS. We base our shipping on the total weight of your order plus a small handling charge. We use Vendio as our auction manager so if you order multiple books please wait for the combined Vendio invoice so we can get you accurate shipping and handling totals. The handling charge for USA addresses is $2.00 for comics, hard covers and trade paperbacks (for the total order) and $3.00 for all other merchandise. Handling charges for International orders are slightly higher at $2.75 for comic, hard covers and trade paperback orders and $3.75 for all other merchandise. Handling charges are to cover packing materials, labor and fuel costs for trips to the post office. We have completely revamped our store categories to make finding what you are looking for easier. We have broken them down by publisher and then title for comic books. Hard covers and trade paperbacks are now in their own category then separated by publisher. All other merchandise is separated by type of merchandise and then sub-categorized from there. This way is you are looking for a particular title you will find them all together. We will also continue to categorize them by the month and year they shipped for our regular customers who buy their monthly titles from us. Damaged or Lost Items: We track every shipment we send and provide delivery confirmation on all our packages. If your item hasn't arrived within 10 business days or your payment (USA only) please notify us and we will forward you a copy of the USPS tracking number. If your package arrives damaged we will gladly work with you to correct the problem. We ask that you return damaged item to us and we will send you a new one (provided we still have them in stock). If we are out of stock, which sometimes happens with collectibles, we will give you a full refund for the damaged item, original shipping and return shipping costs. If you purchased USPS insurance, we (the sender) must file the claim, so we need the damaged item back from you to present to the USPS. Don't like the Item: Sometimes we all change our minds. If for any reason you decide to return the item "just because" we're happy to work with you. For items that are not damaged or a shipping error on our part, we will only refund the price of the item.
