Description
Up for Auction is this Exciting Acrylic on Board Painting by Artist “DelMary”.   This is a 1984 portrayal as inspired by the artist of the city “Sedona, Arizona”   This is a very large painting measuring 25” by 31” not including the size of the frame.  The frame measures about another 2” all the way around.   Please click on the link below to learn about the artist and her style and inspiration.   Delmary is a self taught who mastered the 14th century Flemish technique of glazing with her brilliant oils that reflect her deeply personal expression of her love of light and color.   http://www.delmary.com/   You can also contact her for you own artist designed painting.   During the years she lived in Hawaii, she was one of the few artists that have been represented by one of the largest galleries in the world.   This painting is in excellent condition with no paint losses or damages that we can see, it looks perfectly beautiful.  It rest in its original Nielson style frame.   Done in brilliant colors this painting will capture the attention of all.  The painting is actually a little darker tones than pictured as the camera is pulling out all the rich tones in the painting.   The impressionism of the red rock mountains can be seen along the base and sides of the painting with an enormous explosion of light (such as a sunset) in the center, with the darker tones of the night sky encompassing the painting.   The painting is signed by the artist in the lower left hand corner.  There also is a dedication of the painting to it’s original owners and dated on the back with her additional signature.   The painting has a stock number by the “The Masters” and was priced at $4175.00 in 1984.   Another site has one of her painting currently up for sale at a sales price of $12,000.   http://www.pacificcoastfineart.com/   We believe based on the information found in her website that her art paintings now begin in the price range of $5,000 and up depending on size.   This one is a rather large painting; I would imagine it would be toward the top end of her work.   The shipping weight of this painting will run about 16-17lbs boxed in a large scaled box.  So if you figure you shipping please be sure to click on the large package icon.   We reserve the right to post all questions to our ads so that if others have the same question it will also be answered.   IT’S EASY TRY IT..
