This is a substantial piece of art ~ measures approx. 32" x 39".  Solid wood - I can't be positive but it could be pine with maple spindles.  Please see last photo with can of Pepsi in it to get an idea of scale and size.  It weighs approx. 15 pounds. The gracious curves and wonderful colors lend itself to any decor.  I had this piece hanging above a mantle on a stone fireplace and it looked terrific.  You just have to smile when you look at it ~ the dancing couple so merry and festive ~ you can almost hear the music. It has a German Pennsylvania Dutch look in the Fraktur style.  Condition is excellent ~ a few minor paint scuffs and a few very small nicks, hardly noticeable at all.  It is ready for hanging with a wire on the back.
