Frank Weston Benson was born in Salam Mass. in 1862 - 1951. During his lifetime he was a painter and etcher of birds and landscapes. He was also a teacher. He was commissioned to do the Federal Duck Stamp of 1935-36. His stamp was Canvasbacks.  At this time there is a live auction with a drypoint print that is estimated at $400 to $600 (320272588814). There is also a print called Evening Flight that was sold at a live auction for 600.00, the auction number is (180256405744)  Our listing is not a print. The size is approx 5x7 . There is no foxing, it is signed in the lower left corner. The frame is from the 1920's. There is a label on the back from the framer. The frame measures 13-1/2 x 11.
