The description of this poster in the Reims Catalog of 1896 states that the Byzantine mosaic color is by Orazi but the design is by Auguste Francois Gorguet (1862-1927). In any case, this beautiful Art Nouveau piece has been praised since it appeared and is now available in near perfect condition with a fresh linen backing.
