Description ORIGINAL PASTEL SIGNED EUGENE PAYNE (??)    An adorable drawing of a Poodle in what looks to be pastels and signed possibly by Eugene Payne (??).  I know Payne was an editorial cartoonist for The Charlotte Observer & Pulitzer Prize winner.  It is very hard to make out the artist’s signature. I have compared this drawing to other pieces he has done, they do look similar, however I am not 100% sure.   Piece is in excellent condition, approximately 15” x 18” framed.  Frame is in really good condition, just aged looking.   Payment Policy I accept Paypal, Checks and Money Orders.  All payments must be made in US Dollars.  If payment is by personal check, please allow clearance of check prior to shipping.  Please make check payable to Bodmin Moor, Ltd.
