Original Ben Carter Watercolor. The current owners offer the Unique Western Painting that truly embodies the full spectrum of impressionist watercolors, from a true contemporary painter. It is a Rare Western Painting using watercolors as the chosen medium, rather than the traditional heavy oils. This Painting is one of two done in this style from the painter in 1990 and acquired by the current owners in late 1990 or early 1991 from a West Coast Gallery for $25,000. The current owners of the painting understand that the second painting was sold several years ago for over $100,000 at auction.
