What is a Giclee? A Giclee is the result of a process by which images of the original artwork are generated from high resolution digital scans and printed with 8 to 12 fade resistant archival quality inks that form a virtually continuous tone rather than a print formed by tiny dots. With proper care avoiding direct sunlight and using UV protectant glass, a giclee can remain vivid and fade resistant for 150+ years. You are bidding on one unframed/unmatted, signed and dated Giclee print, from Kristine E. Kasheta's original one-of-a-kind acrylic painting on hardboard of a grouping of 9 very colorful and beautiful Parrots on branches with various colored tropical flowers, created in 2007. (Lilac Crowned Amazon, Blue Fronted Amazon, Yellow Bibbed Lory, Sun Conure, Rainbow Lorikeet, Crimson Bellied Conure, Gouldian Finch, Lovebird, and a Blue Budgie).  Print will be signed on the front and also signed, dated and titled on the back of the painting with the year the original painting was created, using acid free and permanent ink.
