With my limited resources with respect to research, I can only attribute it to  Mrs. Moses B. Russell (Clarissa Peters, 1809-1854), 1840-1845 in comparison by Category, Format, Style, Condition, Type of Frame used, and geographical region with the set of portrait miniatures sold by Skinner of Massachusetts, June 3rd, 2007, on liveauctioneers - www.liveauctioneers.com/item/3747524.
