Artist's Biography Bulekov, Andrei Dmitrievich (Born 1927) Bulekov, A.D. was born on December 1, 1927 yr in the village of Pol’noe, Yaltunovo-Shatskogo of Ryazan Region. In 1957 graduated from Ryazan Art College, where studied under the tutorship of Ignatov, N.P.; Yakushevski, S.F.; Rakov, G.N.; and Syrov, A.V. Started his art carrier since 1960 working in the genres of landscape, thematic artworks. He continued the traditions of Russian Traditional Impressionism and devoted more time working by creating thematic artworks with people and nature of town Kolomnyu. Bulekov, A.D. was a member of Artist’s Union, Russia in 1990. Bulekov, A.D. Exhibitions: Group exhibitions of the artists of the town Kolomnyu, (1960) Zonal Exhibitions Podmoskov’e, (1984, 1990) Republican Art Exhibitions Memorial to the Russia from Russian Artists, (1990) Region Art Exhibitions 50th Anniversary of the Great Victory in WWII (1995) and 40th Anniversary of the Victory in Moscow, (1981) Region Art Exhibition Artists of Moscow countryside, (1990, 1995) Two One Man Show Exhibitions were held in town Kolomnyu in 1990 and 1995.
