This unique reproduction has the handsome beauty of an original antique. It is made of dark stained resin that represents the wood carved tramp art craft. Tramp Art is a distinct folk art style dating from the turn of the 20th century and popularized in the 1920's. The intricate detail of tramp art, combining bold geometric patterns with hidden drawers and a balancing act of pedestals and cubes, has left a mark in American and European Folk Lore. This beautiful piece of new Americana, is designed by Midwest of Cannon Falls, made in China. It has a look of dark wood with burgundy velvet accents. Very striking. The vanity stands 25 1/2" high. The mirrored section measures 10 1/2" wide by 19" high. The drawered base section measures 16" wide, 5" high, 9" from front to back. This item was NEW in the original box (as shown in Photo #2) until I took it out to take these photographs. It comes with the original hangtag.
