The arrangement and frame measure about 28" high by 15" wide. The arrangement is resting on a blue background with a glass top. The frame is metal and there is a wooden case that actually houses the shells. I was told by the owner that this item was purchased in the Phillippines during WWII. The wood casing is in mint condition, the metal frame that surrounds the wood casing is also in excellent condition. The glass top is in perfect condition, there are no cracks. I was stationed in Pearl harbor in the early 1970's and used to see thousands of these types of shells on the beaches there. I can't begin to imagine how long it must have taken the artist to complete this arrangement. It is absolutely beautiful. Because of the weight shipping will be via usps parcel post.
