In the text below the image, is Sitting Bull's Sioux name TATON KAIYOTONKA to the right is his holographic signature in facsimile. Approximately 6 1/4" x 4 1/4", sepia toned image of Sitting Bull.  Photographer is unknown.  Chief Sitting Bull stares directly into the camera lens, seated with hands on thighs, holding his peace pipe in one hand.  This image is very clear with no fading what so ever. Sitting bull is holding his pipebag and pipe in studio setting. This cabinet card has optical curve for viewing in a photography viewer, this is near MINT condition. I have seen one of these sell in New York for over $2500.00. If you have been wanting a Sitting Bull period original photograph this might be the one. VERSO is near mint also.
