Description I am presenting for auction a VINT BLACKBURN  Framed Water Color Collage! The painting itself is 4" x 2 1/2". The frame is 14" x 12". There are 2 matts in the framing to accent the painting. Parts of the painting look like small pieces of wood that were painted. On the back it has the artist's name and address which is in Santa Fe.
