Up for sale estate fresh is a very rare painting on ceramic/porcelain by one of Americas most recognized marine painters on the 20ThC, Charles J Lundgren. It depicts a small sail boat on the open seas in a stormy environment. Signed in the LR corner CL and engraved on the reverse Chas J Lundgren. Also stamped on the reverse SIMERAC?? The panel is set in side a copper tray and measures approx. 5 7/8" with the painting measuring 3 1/4". There is age crazing on the surface as you would expect to find on a ceramic piece.
