The fact is I really don't care to sell it...but, I will entertain offers. I've merely listed it in hopes that someone will recognize something about this piece and I can get an idea about it's origins, the artist, the lady. My mother picked this painting up "somewhere". We have lived in North Carolina, Berlin, Kentucky, California, Bavaria and South Carolina. It is possible she acquired it on a trip to England(1976-1985). Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of information on this absolutely beautiful piece. It does however, have the inscription "no. 1533" in what appears to be old lead ink on the back side. It is my belief that that is an identification from an auction or something. I would love to hear about what knowledgable individuals may think or know in regards to this piece. Place a Bid!
