Stage Company.The design is "WELLS FARGO & COMPANY -- EXPRESS OFFICE -- GENERAL STAGE OFFICE" with beautiful reniassance revival borders,accenting,and corner design.The focusing design is a very early locomotive with a large funnel type smoke stack,coal car,U.S.MAIL car,and passenger cars rolling along with a glass works factory in the background and symbolic telegraph lines along the tracks,etc..Excellent art!The back of the mirror has a heavy coat of reddish enamel.This is signed "Louis Comfort Tiffany Glassworks. N.Y" in the lithograph design,as shown,maybe with the design concept from a early 1900s idea / prososal of Tiffany at that time.Tiffany marketed stationary and advertising items available in all medias.This is not a Tiffany product.There are no other markings as to the maker,but I have been informed by a ebay member that this quality piece was made in the 1960 through 1970s by a English firm- Deane & Adams Ltd.This is NOT a Tiawan production,poor lithography item.I have owned this since about 1962 having bought it with others with "letters of authenticity"proclaiming it was a circa 1900 item.*** Mirrors are not fun to photograph.This is in excellent condition with no damage or repair of the mirror that is 12 " x 17" and is in a rough cut sofl pine lightl finish frame 14 5/8" x 19 5/8" also in very good condition.This very decorative art item would be a nice addition to any Western Americana,railroad memoriability or advertising art collection and it display really beautifully.***This item will weigh about 4 1/2 pounds packed.I charge $3.65 for materials,packaging and handling which includes U.S. delivery confirmation.I pack well-see my feedback.USPS rates and delivery quality are generally best so I only use them.If your item is not recieved / recieved damaged,you must file claims locally if insured.If not insured your only recourse is to formally complain to 1 800 ASK USPS (get a complaint track number for follow-up).I can provide you with delivery confirmation and insurance numbers if necessary / applicable.*** Please ask any questions before bidding.This item is sold without a reserve.Thank you for looking.I combine shipping where possible.
