On medium weight cream colored paper. With a very large sheet size of 16 x 10. William Oliver was a London painter of figurative and genre subjects. Among the works he exhibited at the Royal Academy were 'A thing of Beauty is a joy forever','A Love Test', and 'The Secret Discovered'. A very fine example of this listed artist who's work regularly sells at auction Houses such as Christies of London.
