I will be infringing on another person's art, and would be held liable for copying something somebody already did for my own profit and gain, which you must agree with me, is wrong. I wish to remain an honest in all my dealings as an artist, and that is what I will always be with you. This will need to be something that is original and that you have the right to allow me to paint. It can be a general subject I can research and create myself, or you could have some sketches of what you want put in the final piece, or tell me how you would like your painting to be arranged, or a photo you have or took (that is the BEST reference for me). The subject of choice can be anything you want, but cannot be something that is vulgar or demoralizing (a sexual position, a bloody scene, etc.) I don't really want my name associated with anything like that.
